This is not your average chocolate cake. Bertha is made with twelve layers of dark chocolate cake, sandwiched with twelve layers of Get Baked’s signature ganache, made using a blend of single-origin Colombian milk and dark chocolate.
Until now, getting your hands on Get Baked's Bertha usually involved travelling to the UK, knowing someone travelling to UK, or staring longingly at Get Baked’s Instagram. We decided that was unreasonable, so we brought the Get Baked team to Messinaville to make Bertha on Australian soil for the very first time.
